Refund Policy

At The Bread Winner, every item is made fresh in small batches. Because our baked goods are perishable and have a short shelf life, we generally do not offer refunds or returns.

All sales of fresh baked goods are final.

However, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If there is an issue with your order, such as receiving the wrong item or a product that was damaged at pickup, please contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to make it right. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or store credit.

For shelf-stable items such as bread dips or granola, please contact us within 3 days if there is a problem with your order.

Because food safety is important, we cannot accept returns of food products once they have left our possession.
